As we work through our list of people needing assistance, we’ve discovered some regular problems that people are having so thought we’d share!
👉 Android users must have Chrome set as their default bowser (change in settings).
👉 Android phones need to be version 10 or higher, Apple iPhones need to be iOS 14 or higher.
👉 MyGov and MyGovID are not the same thing. MyGov is accessed on an internet browser as it is a website, MyGovID is an app used to verify your identity.
For further assistance please visit the support page on the WA government website.
If you are unsure about any of the above, please contact us to discuss.
