Shire of Dardanup Mobile Library service now available.
With the recent temporary closure of our libraries under COVID-19 containment measures, Shire of Dardanup Library Services is having to THINK creatively about how we can keep our community reading and maintain access to our library collection.
The solution was simple: If you can’t come to us, we will come to you!
Until the current health crisis has abated, Shire of Dardanup is offering a regular delivery and mobile library service to Shire residents only.
How does it work?
There a number of ways you can register.
- Fill out an online registration
- Contact us by telephone or email
Once registered, you can either login to our online catalogue to browse, search, and hold the items you would like to have delivered. Or you can simply let us know the kinds of items you would like to borrow and how many. We will then let you know what day we will be delivering to your area.
Please also check our terms and conditions for item delivery.
For those who prefer to browse our physical collection we will also be providing a regular pop-up library around the Dardanup and Burekup area. The dates and locations for these libraries will be advised on our website and Facebook page. If you would like to be notified directly, please join our mailing list.
Of course, with our eLibrary there is no need to register for our delivery service. We have everything available at the touch of a button. With more than 40,000 eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, and eFilms to choose from all you need is your library card and an internet connection to start downloading now.
