July 2017 Calendar!

Think you know libraries? Think again.

It’s that time again!

School holidays are here and we have another exciting calendar to keep the whole family busy for JULY.

This month we have the team from Scitech joining us for two shows on physics. This time they are coming down with their exciting Move It (ages 4-8) and Prove It (ages 9-12) shows.

In the Move It show kids find out how playing with toys leads to all sorts of amazing science experiments. They will question, predict and test as they learn about motion using the best scientific equipment of all… toys from a toy box!

Then we have the Prove It show where kids learn about physics and how it can be described as a set of rules that explain what is happening around us. But should they just believe everything they read? Come along and test some of these rules and find out there is often more to consider than what we first think.

As always, get in quick as places are limited.

Don’t forget… all our July Calendar of Activities workshops are FREE but places are limited so BOOK NOW!
