April 2017 Calendar!

Think you know libraries? Think again.

It’s that time again! School holidays are here and our APRIL calendar has all you need to keep the kids busy.

Laser tag is back! Get excited because we are converting the library into a battle field for an afternoon of laser tag fun. This program always books out so make sure you get in quick.

Is your child a budding scientist? If so, why not book them into one of science activities we have this holidays. We have Egg Rubber Balls, Rainbow Jars and a Marshmallow Experiment, which are all bound to be a lot of fun.

We also have Pollen Nation taking a workshop for the kids on flower arranging and plenty of craft and cooking to prepare for the Easter long weekend.

New to photography? Everyone starts as a beginner, and you shouldn’t feel overwhelmed by technicalities when starting out. It doesn’t matter whether you have a point & shoot or a DSLR. In this class you will learn a few simple photography basics and start looking at the elements of composition which will benefit your photography and help you bring home photos you will be happy with.

This is both a theory and practical class. Bring your camera, camera manual, and notebook.
